Remote. area allowances (a) Current employees who have historically been eligible and compensated for living in a remote area will retain this allowance at the current rate. (b) Current employees who have historically been eligible and compensated for travelling on annual leave from a remote area in which they are stationed, will retain this allowance at the current rate. (c) The allowances in clause 6.13 (a) and (b) are not applicable to any other employee.
