Removal and Replacement of Designated Officers. The Manager, with the approval of a Super-Majority of the Management Committee (or, following an Event of Default, the approval of the Management Committee acting in accordance with Section 6.2.2), may take such action as may be necessary or useful to replace any officer of Irgovel or any other Company Subsidiary designated above in this Section 6.13 and cause the appointment of successor officers.
