Removal by the MAC. The MAC may remove any MAC member for gross negligence, gross misconduct, violation of local, state, provincial, or federal law, or gross failure to carry out the duties of a MAC member. Such removal will only occur after the affirmative vote of at least two-thirds (2/3) of the MAC members.
