Common use of Removal Cost Clause in Contracts

Removal Cost. The actual cost the Distribution Provider incurs for the removal of the Distribution Provider’s Interconnection Facilities, or any portion thereof, which is calculated as the amount, if positive, of the costs of removal minus the salvage value of the Distribution Provider’s Interconnection Facilities.
