Common use of Removal Cost Clause in Contracts

Removal Cost. The cost SCE incurs for the removal of the Interconnection Facilities, Distribution System Facilities, or any portion thereof, which is calculated as the amount, if positive, of the costs of removal minus the salvage value of the Interconnection Facilities and Distribution System Facilities.
