Removal Following Termination of License. CLEC shall remove its facilities from SBC MISSOURI’S poles, ducts, conduits, or rights-of-way within 60 days, or within such other period of time as shall be mutually agreeable to the parties, after termination of the license authorizing the attachment of such facilities to SBC MISSOURI’S poles or the placement of such facilities in SBC MISSOURI’S ducts, conduits, or rights-of-way.
