Removal from Housing for Disciplinary Reasons. If you are removed from the Assigned Housing Facility during the period of this Contract for disciplinary reasons, as referred through the student conduct process, you will not receive a refund for the time period remaining under the Contract and are responsible for the full contract terms (including the Fall and Spring Semesters) for both Housing and Dining.
