Removal of a Series Manager. A Series Manager may be removed as a Manager at any time by the Member who appointed that Series Manager. Removal of a Series Manager who is a Member of a Series and the Company, pursuant to this Section 17.3 shall not affect such Manager’s Membership Interest in the Series or in the Company.
