Unless otherwise specified or approved by AGILENT, Seller shall remove AGILENT's name and any of AGILENT 's trademarks, trade names, insignia, part numbers, symbols or decorative designs from all Goods rejected or returned by AGILENT or not sold or shipped to AGILENT.
