Common use of Removal of Counseling Letters Clause in Contracts

Removal of Counseling Letters. A Unit IV employee may submit a written request to the Superintendent’s designee requesting the removal of a Counseling Letter from the Official Personnel File provided that no similar infractions have occurred and/or subsequently resulted in additional Counseling Letters and/or disciplinary action with the past three (3) consecutive years from the date the counseling letter was issued. Such requests shall be reviewed by the Superintendent’s designee for approval.
