Common use of Removal of Covered Item Clause in Contracts

Removal of Covered Item. When we repair or replace a Covered Item, we will use reasonable efforts to dismantle and remove the Covered Item and, where applicable, recapture, reclaim, and/or dispose of refrigerant. The services provided by this subsection are included and not in addition to any applicable Covered Item Limit or Special Limit.
