Common use of Removal of Hazardous Substances Clause in Contracts

Removal of Hazardous Substances. Prior to vacation of the Premises, in addition to all other requirements under this Agreement, Tenant shall remove any Hazardous Substances placed on the Premises during the Term of this Agreement or Tenant’s possession of the Premises, and shall demonstrate such removal to the Port’s satisfaction. This removal and demonstration shall be a condition precedent to the Port’s payment of any Security to Tenant upon termination or expiration of this Agreement.

This removal and demonstration shall be a condition precedent to the Port’s payment of any Security to Tenant Concessionaire upon termination or expiration of this Agreement.

This removal and demonstration shall be a condition precedent to the Port’s payment of any Security to Tenant upon termination or expiration of this AgreementLease.

This removal and demonstration shall be a condition precedent to the Port’s payment of any Security to Tenant upon termination or expiration of this Amended and Restated Agreement.
