Removal of Implementation Board Members. If it is determined by at least a majority of the Implementation Board that an Implementation Board Member should be removed with or without cause and such action is concurred in by a majority of the Governing Committee, the Governing Committee may by resolution remove such Implementation Board Member and that Member’s position shall be vacant.
