Removal of Implementation Board Members. If it is determined by at least a majority of the Implementation Board that an Implementation Board Member should be removed with or without cause and such action is concurred in by a majority of the Governing Committee, the Governing Committee may by resolution remove such Implementation Board Member and that Member’s position shall be vacant. Removal of Implementation Board Members pursuant to this Section 2.g. of Article VIII shall be effective immediately unless otherwise provided in the resolution. Any successor shall be selected in the same manner as the appointment for the removed Implementation Board Member and any successor shall hold office for the unexpired term.
