Common use of Removal of Irrelevant Materials Clause in Contracts

Removal of Irrelevant Materials. At any time, a member may request that certain materials be removed from their personnel file. If both the member and the administrator agree that the item(s) are no longer of importance, they may be removed and destroyed without further procedure, providing that such removal does not violate existing statutes or laws governing personnel records.
