Removal of Legends; Further Assurances. Crestwood will replace any legended certificates with unlegended certificates promptly upon request by any Holder or at any time after such units cease to be Registrable Securities or are exempt from registration under the Securities Act. At any time after the removal of such legend, Crestwood shall use commercially reasonable efforts to cause such Registrable Securities to be registered in the name of DTC or its nominee, maintained in book entry form on the books of DTC and allowed to be settled through DTC’s regular book-entry settlement services.
