Removal of Liens. 24.1 Purchaser shall deliver or cause to be delivered to Seller or Seller's Attorney, not less than 10 calendar days prior to Closing, a list of Liens, if any, which may violate Par. 4.1. 24.2 Seller shall have a reasonable period of time to remove any such Lien.
