Common use of Removal of Monetary Liens Clause in Contracts

Removal of Monetary Liens. Notwithstanding anything in this PSA to the contrary, unless specifically set forth in an Addendum or Counteroffer, Seller covenants and agrees that all Monetary Liens shall be removed by Seller at Closing or insured against by the Title Insurer at Seller’s sole cost and expense, regardless of whether Buyer has objected to such Monetary Lien(s). This provision will survive Closing.
