Common use of REMOVAL OF PERSONAL BELONGINGS Clause in Contracts

REMOVAL OF PERSONAL BELONGINGS. Within 30 days after the termination of this Occupation Right Agreement the Resident shall remove from the Unit all of the Resident’s possessions and belongings. If the Resident fails to do so the Operator may at the expense and risk of the Resident remove and place into storage these belongings. In respect of a Rest Home Apartment Occupation Right Agreement the Resident’s possessions and belongings shall be removed within 7 days during which time the Service Fee continues to be payable.
