Removal of Position of Leadership. The Employer may terminate the Employee’s appointment to a nominated Position of Leadership (including a Deputy Principal appointment which is not an ongoing Deputy Principal appointment) by providing the Employee with seven weeks’ notice of their removal from the Position of Leadership or payment in lieu of such notice.
