Removal of Subcontractor or Subcontractor's Personnel. The Owner has the right at any time to require removal of a Subcontractor and/or any of a Subcontractor's personnel from Work on the System upon reasonable grounds and reasonable prior notice to the Vendor. The exercise of such right by the Owner will have no effect on the provisions of subsections 4.1 and 4.2.
