Removal of the Managing Partner. The power shall be vested in the Limited Partnership to remove at any time the Managing Partner. The power shall be vested in the Limited Partnership to consent to the admission of a successor Managing Partner following the removal of the Managing Partner by the Limited Partnership. A successor Managing Partner shall be selected pursuant to the provisions of Section 6.3C of this Agreement.
