Removal of Trustee by Ordinary Unit Holder or Preference Unit Holders for cause. (a) The Preference Unit Holders (excluding any Aurizon Preference Unit Holder) may, by Ordinary Resolution at any time after a Trigger Event has occurred, request the Trustee to retire with effect on the date specified in the Ordinary Resolution (Nominated Retirement Date), and the Trustee must retire as requested.
