REMOVAL OF WORKMEN. The Contractor shall employ in and about the execution of the works such persons as are skilled and experienced in their several trades and Engineer-in-Charge shall be at liberty to object to and require the Contractor or to remove from the works any person employed by the Contractor in or about the execution of the works who in the opinion of the Engineer-in-Charge misconducts himself or is incompetent or negligent in the proper performance of his duties and such person shall not be again employed upon the works without permission of the Engineer- in-charge.
