REMOVAL OR RELOCATION BY LICENSEE. 8.3.1. If the Licensee removes or relocates a Network Nodes and ground equipment at its own discretion, it shall notify the City Engineer and City Manager in writing not less than 10 business days prior to removal or relocation.
