Common use of Removal or Replacement of Equipment Clause in Contracts

Removal or Replacement of Equipment. The Lessee may at all times during the continuance of this Lease Agreement remove or replace any buildings, structures, fixtures, casing in xxxxx, pipelines, material and equipment of whatsoever nature or kind which it may have placed on or in the Leased Premises or in any area to be surrendered.
