Removal Upon Surrender. Upon surrender of the Premises to the Lessor, whether upon expiration or earlier termination of this Lease, Lessee shall remove and properly dispose of any Hazardous Substances that were introduced into, or released on, in or under, the Premises at any time during the Term hereof, whether by ▇▇▇▇▇▇, any Sublessee, or any of their respective employees, agents, contractors, Tenants, licensees or invitees, or any other Person except for the Lessor or its employees, agents or contractors.
