Removing and Disposing of Structures and Obstructions. The Design-Builder shall remove and dispose of or store, as directed by the Department, fences, buildings, structures, or encumbrances within the construction limits. Materials so removed, including existing drains or pipe culverts, shall become the property of the Design-Builder, with the exception of those materials to be stored or delivered to the Department or others as designated in the Contract.
