Common use of Removing Members Clause in Contracts

Removing Members. Vendor must provide MMCAP Infuse written notification at least thirty (30) days prior to removing any Member. If MMCAP Infuse does not receive notification that a Member has been removed from Contract Pricing, Vendor will honor Contract Pricing for the Member for thirty (30) days after MMCAP Infuse receives the written notice.
