REMUNERATION OF MANAGER AND TRUSTEE. 28 (A) (i) The Management Participation shall be a sum not exceeding such percentage as is hereinafter mentioned of the Value of the Deposited Property. The Management Participation shall begin to accrue from the closing date of the first offer of Units, from day to day on the Value of the Deposited Property as computed ach day.
