Remuneration of Trustee. (1) Subject to the provisions of sub-paragraph (2) each Trustee being a person engaged in any profession or business shall be entitled to be paid all usual professional or proper charges for business transacted time expended and acts done by him in connection with the trusts powers and provisions of this deed including acts which a Trustee not being in any profession or business could have done personally
(2) A Trustee may act as such on such terms and conditions (including the right to remuneration and the incidence thereof) as shall be agreed between such Trustee and the person for the time being having the power to appoint a new or additional Trustee of this trust and so that any corporate Trustee shall in default of agreement be entitled to remuneration in accordance with its normal published scale of charges from time to time
Remuneration of Trustee. 8.1 The Parties shall pay the Trustee a reasonable remuneration for the services it provides in carrying out the Trustee Functions, and shall pay the Trustee in a way that does not impede the independent and effective fulfilment of the Trustee Functions, which shall be set out in the Trustee’s mandate referred to in paragraph 5 above.
Remuneration of Trustee. The Company shall pay to the Trustee, remuneration as mentioned in the Debenture Trustee Agreement or in any separate fee letter executed with the Trustee.
Remuneration of Trustee. The Issuer shall pay to the Trustee by way of remuneration, an annual fee in the amount as set out in the letter dated 20 October 2005 from the Trustee to the Issuer, whereby the fee quoted therein has been duly accepted by the Issuer. Such fee shall be paid annually in advance, the first of which shall be payable upon the execution of this Deed and subsequent payments every year thereafter.
Remuneration of Trustee a. The Trustee shall be entitled to a monthly remuneration out of the Fund Property based on an annual tariff of charges annexed hereto (Annexure C), which shall be applied to the average daily Net Assets during such calendar month. The remuneration shall begin to accrue from the next day of close of Initial Period. For any period other than a full calendar month such remuneration will be prorated on the basis of the actual number of days for which such remuneration has accrued for the total number of days in the calendar month concerned.
b. Such remuneration shall be paid to the Trustee in arrears within fifteen days after the end of each calendar month.
c. In consideration of the foregoing and save as aforesaid the Trustee shall be responsible for the payment of all expenses incurred by the Trustee from time to time in connection with their duties as Trustee of the Trust. The Trustee shall not make any charge against the Certificate Holders or against the Fund Property or against the Distribution Account for their services or for their expenses, except such expenses as are expressly authorized to be paid out of the Fund Property under the provisions of the Rules and this Deed
d. The Trustee shall bear all expenditures in respect of its secretarial and office space and professional management, including all accounting and administrative services provided in accordance with the provisions of this Deed.
e. Any increase in the remuneration of the Trustee agreed to by the Investment Advisor shall require the approval of the Commission.
f. The Trustee shall however not make any further charge against the Unit Holder(s) nor against the Trust Property nor against the Distribution Account for its services nor for expenses, except such expenses or fees as are expressly authorized under the provisions of the Regulations and the Trust Deed to be payable out of Trust Property.
Remuneration of Trustee. 7.1 Bouygues and/or Equans shall pay the Trustee a reasonable remuneration for the services it provides in carrying out the Trustee Functions, and shall pay the Trustee in a way that does not impede the independent and effective fulfilment of the Trustee Functions, which shall be set out in the Trustee’s mandate referred to in paragraph 4 above.
Remuneration of Trustee. 8.1 AMC shall pay the Trustee a reasonable remuneration for the services it provides in carrying out the Trustee Functions, and shall pay the Trustee in a way that does not impede the independent and effective fulfilment of the Trustee Functions, which shall be set out in the Trustee’s mandate referred to in paragraph 5 above.
Remuneration of Trustee. 8.1 Dover shall pay the Trustee a reasonable remuneration for the services it provides in carrying out the Trustee Functions, and shall pay the Trustee in a way that does not impede the independent and effective fulfilment of the Trustee Functions, which shall be set out in the Trustee’s mandate referred to in paragraph 5 above.
Remuneration of Trustee. 13.1 Korean Air shall pay the Trustee a reasonable remuneration for the services it provides in carrying out the Trustee Functions, and shall pay the Trustee in a way that does not impede the independent and effective fulfilment of the Trustee Functions, which shall be set out in the Trustee’s mandate referred to in paragraph 9 above.
Remuneration of Trustee. 8.1 Noble shall pay the Trustee a reasonable remuneration for the services it provides in carrying out the Trustee Functions, and shall pay the Trustee in a way that does not impede the independent and effective fulfilment of the Trustee Functions, which shall be set out in the Trustee’s mandate referred to in paragraph 5 above.
