Common use of Remuneration of the Management Company and Its Agents Clause in Contracts

Remuneration of the Management Company and Its Agents. 14.1.1 The Management Company shall be entitled to prescribe and receive maximum remuneration up to the maximum rate of remuneration permitted under the Regulations and directives issued thereunder. 14.1.2 The remuneration shall begin to accrue from the close of Initial Period as specified in Annexure C 14.1.3 Such remuneration shall be paid to the Management Company in arrears within thirty (30) Business Days after the end of each calendar month. 14.1.4 In consideration of the foregoing and save as aforesaid the Management Company shall be responsible for the payment of all expenses incurred by the Management Company from time to time in connection with its responsibilities as Management Company of the Trust. The Management Company shall not make any charge against the Unit Holder(s) or against the Trust Property or against the Distribution Account for its services or for its expenses, except such expenses as are expressly authorized under the provisions of the Regulations and directives issued there under and this Deed to be payable out of Trust Property. 14.1.5 The Management Company shall bear all expenditures in respect of its secretarial and office space and professional management, including all accounting and administrative services provided in accordance with the provisions of this Deed. 14.1.6 Any increase in the remuneration of the Management Company agreed to by the Trustee and approved by the Commission shall require ninety days prior notice to the unit holders. However, any decrease in remuneration of the Management Company shall not require such notice.
