Remuneration Ranges. At the time of appointment, as part of the confirmation of the employment agreement, new employees shall be provided with details of their remuneration and the range for the role they have been appointed into. At the annual remuneration review, employees will be advised in writing of the remuneration range that applies to their position for the year ahead. These ranges are appended to this collective agreement and will also be available on the Ministry’s intranet and will be updated annually.
