Renegotiation of Agreement terms. Notwithstanding anything in the Agreement to the contrary, HHSC may at any time during the term of the Agreement exercise the option to notify CONTRACTOR that HHSC has elected to renegotiate certain terms of the Agreement. Upon CONTRACTOR’s receipt of any notice pursuant to this Section, CONTRACTOR and HHSC will undertake good faith negotiations of the subject terms of the Agreement.
