Common use of RENEWAL, AMENDMENT AND TERMINATION Clause in Contracts

RENEWAL, AMENDMENT AND TERMINATION. Except as otherwise provided herein, this Agreement shall be effective from April 1, 2019 until March 31, 2023 and thereafter shall continue from year to year unless either party gives notice in writing of its intention to terminate the Agreement or enter into negotiations for the purpose of amending the Agreement within a period of not less than thirty (30) days and not more than one hundred and twenty (120) days prior to any such yearly date of termination.

RENEWAL, AMENDMENT AND TERMINATION. Except as otherwise provided herein, this Agreement shall be effective from April 1January 15, 2019 2010 and shall continue in full force and effect until March 31January 14, 2023 and thereafter 2013. Thereafter the Agreement shall continue from year to year unless either party gives notice in writing of its intention to terminate the Agreement or enter into negotiations for the purpose of amending the Agreement within a period of not less than thirty (30) days and not more than one hundred and twenty (120) days prior to any such yearly date of termination.
