Common use of RENEWAL, AMENDMENT AND TERMINATION Clause in Contracts

RENEWAL, AMENDMENT AND TERMINATION. 25.01 This Agreement shall be in effect from April 1, 2008 – March 31, 2011. It shall continue automatically thereafter during annual periods of one (1) year each, unless either party notifies the other in writing within ninety (90) days prior to the expiration date that it wishes to amend or terminate this Agreement.

It 2022 and shall continue automatically thereafter during annual periods of one (1) year each, unless either party notifies the other in writing within ninety (90) days prior to the expiration date that it wishes desires to amend or terminate this Agreement.

It 2019, and shall continue automatically thereafter during annual periods of one (1) year each, unless either party notifies the other party in writing within ninety (90) days prior to the expiration date that it wishes desires to amend or terminate this Agreement.

It 2009, and shall continue automatically thereafter during annual periods of one (1) year each, unless either party notifies the other in writing writing, within the ninety (90) days day period prior to the expiration date date, that it wishes desires to amend or terminate this Agreement.

It and shall continue automatically thereafter during annual periods of one (1) year each, unless either party notifies the other in writing within ninety (90) days prior to the expiration date that it wishes desires to amend or terminate this Agreement.
