Common use of RENEWAL, AMENDMENT AND TERMINATION Clause in Contracts

RENEWAL, AMENDMENT AND TERMINATION. 44.01 This Agreement shall continue in effect from April 1, 2022 to March 31, 2025 and shall continue automatically thereafter during annual periods of one (1) year each unless either party notifies the other in writing, within ninety (90) days prior to the expiration date, that they desire to amend or terminate this Agreement.

RENEWAL, AMENDMENT AND TERMINATION. 44.01 36.01 This Agreement Agreement, which supersedes any previous agreements, express or implied, shall continue in effect from April 1, 2022 to March until May 31, 2025 2019, and shall continue automatically thereafter during annual periods of one (1) year each each, unless either party notifies the other party in writing, writing within ninety (90) days prior to the expiration date, date that they desire it desires to amend or terminate this Agreement.

RENEWAL, AMENDMENT AND TERMINATION. 44.01 37.01 This Agreement shall continue in have effect from April 1, 2022 2015, and shall continue to effect until March 31, 2025 and shall 2018, or continue automatically thereafter during annual periods of one (1) year each each, unless either party notifies the other in writing, within ninety writing not less than thirty (9030) days prior to the expiration date, that they desire to amend or terminate this Agreement.and not more than ninety

RENEWAL, AMENDMENT AND TERMINATION. 44.01 45.01 This Agreement shall continue be binding and remain in effect from April 1, 2022 to 2014 until March 31, 2025 2016 and shall continue automatically from year to year thereafter during annual periods of one (1) year each unless either party notifies the other in writing, writing within ninety (90) days prior to the expiration date, date that they desire it desires to amend or terminate this Agreementagreement.
