RENEWAL, AMENDMENT AND TERMINATION. Except as provided herein, this Agreement shall be effective from July through to December a nd, thereafter shall continue from year to year unless either party gives notice in writing of its intention to terminate the Agreement or enter into negotiations for the purpose of amending the Agreement within a period of not less than thirty (30) days and not more than ninety (90) days prior to any such yearly date of termination. If notice of intention to amend is given either party in writing pursuant to the provisions of the preceding Section negotiations shall commence not later than ten (10) days after the date of such written notice.
