RENEWAL, AMENDMENT AND TERMINATION. 30.01 Except as otherwise provided herein, this Agreement shall be effective from September 1, 2009 until September 1, 2012 and thereafter shall continue from year to year unless either party gives notice in writing of its intention to terminate the Agreement or enter into negotiations for the purpose of amending the Agreement within a period of not less than thirty (30) days and not more than one hundred and twenty (120) days prior to any such yearly date of termination.
