Common use of RENEWAL, AMENDMENT AND TERMINATION Clause in Contracts

RENEWAL, AMENDMENT AND TERMINATION. 23.01 Except as otherwise provided herein, this Agreement shall be effective July 1, 2011 and shall continue in full force and effect until June 30, 2015 and thereafter shall continue from year to year unless either party gives notice in writing of its intention to terminate the Agreement or enter into negotiations for the purpose of amending the Agreement within a period of not less than thirty (30) days and not more than one hundred and twenty (120) days prior to any such yearly date of termination.

RENEWAL, AMENDMENT AND TERMINATION. 23.01 28.01 Except as otherwise provided herein, this Agreement shall be effective July 1from the 17th day of February, 2011 2013, and shall continue in full force and effect until June 30and including the 11th day of February 2018 , 2015 and thereafter shall continue from year to year thereafter unless either party gives notice shall notify the other party in writing of its intention to terminate the Agreement agreement or enter into negotiations for the purpose of amending the Agreement agreement within a period of not less than thirty (30) days and not more than one hundred and twenty ninety (12090) days prior to any such yearly date of terminationtermination date.
