Common use of RENEWAL AND REVISION Clause in Contracts

RENEWAL AND REVISION. This Agreement may be revised only through the unanimous written agreement of the Decree Parties. This Agreement, and any unanimously agreed to revisions, may be renewed for an additional one-year period beginning June 1, 2016 by unanimous written agreement of the Decree Parties. If this Agreement is not renewed for an additional one- year period, prior to May 31, 2016, the Decree Parties agree to enter into good faith negotiations to determine a course of action in the absence of such renewal, as provided in Section 21, below.
