Common use of RENEWAL CUSTOMER Clause in Contracts

RENEWAL CUSTOMER. Renewal Customer is an existing AHS customer whose contract AHS has offered to renew. Renewal Customer contract term begins upon expiration of previous contract term and continues for one year (unless AHS approves an alternative contract term in writing) provided plan fee is received by AHS within 45 days after expiration.
