Common use of Renewal/Non-Renewal Clause in Contracts

Renewal/Non-Renewal. This Employment Contract shall automatically renew for a term of four (4) years, expiring June 30, 2028, unless either of the following occurs: A. the Board by contract reappoints the Superintendent for a different term allowable by law; or B. the Board notifies the Superintendent in writing, on or before March 1, 2024 that he will not be reappointed at the end of the current term, in which case his employment shall cease upon the expiration of this Contract.
