(a) The A Borrower (or the Company on its behalf) may request that any Bank Guarantee issued on its behalf of that Borrower be renewed by delivery to the Agent of a Renewal Request in substantially similar form to a Notice of Utilisation for a Bank Guarantee by not later than 12 noon on the Specified Timeday which is two Business Days prior to the date of renewal of such Bank Guarantee.
