Common use of Renewal of Credit Estimates Clause in Contracts

Renewal of Credit Estimates. For each Collateral Loan with a credit estimate provided by a Rating Agency, the Borrower shall submit such Required S&P Credit Estimate Information as is required by such Rating Agency to renew such credit estimate within the 12 month period following receipt of the most recent credit estimate provided by such Rating Agency for such Collateral Loan.
