Common use of Renewal of Existing Courses Clause in Contracts

Renewal of Existing Courses. Should the Employer decide to continue an existing course or renew a previous course, Employees whose current or previous assignments include the course will have right of first refusal to deliver the course again at previous TAP allocation provided that they are qualified, current in their field and have delivered the course within the last three (3) years. Should those Employees eligible refuse the opportunity to deliver it again, then the assignment will be advertised as a vacancy and will comply with the procedure as set out in 4) below.
