Renewal of Note Provisions. The Company will assign a CUSIP number to the Global Security representing such Book-Entry Note and then advise the Trustee by telephone (confirmed in writing at any time on the same date) or electronic transmission of the information set forth in Settlement Procedure "A" above, such CUSIP number and the name of the Presenting Agent. The Company will confirm to the Trustee, by facsimile in the form attached as Appendix B, that the terms of the Notes have been approved by the Governor or the Chief Financial Officer of the Company. The Company will also notify the Presenting Agent by telephone of such CUSIP number as soon as practicable.
