Renewal of OGS. Forty-five (45) days prior to the expiration of the OGS Term, the Licensor will contact the Licensee to renew the OGS Term. Purchasing options will be outlined at that time. OGS renewal fees will increase no more than 5% over the prior year’s fee paid by Licensee for the same services. The Licensor reserves the right to amend the contact information from time to time as available on its website.
