Common use of Renewal of Subscription Term Clause in Contracts

Renewal of Subscription Term. Upon expiration of each Subscription Term, unless otherwise specified in the applicable Purchase Order, all limited subscription licenses granted under this Agreement shall automatically renew for an additional Subscription Term equal to the preceding Subscription Term, and Testmo will invoice Customer at the then-current subscription-based price for such additional Subscription Term, unless Testmo is notified by Customer in writing within sixty (60) days from the date of receipt of Testmo’s notice of renewal that Customer elects not to renew such limited subscription license for an additional Subscription Term.

Renewal of Subscription Term. Upon expiration of each Subscription Term, unless otherwise specified in the applicable Purchase Order, all limited subscription licenses granted under this Agreement shall automatically renew for an additional Subscription Term equal to the preceding 12-month Subscription Term, and Testmo Xxxxxxxx will invoice Customer at the then-then- current subscription-based price for such additional Subscription Term, unless Testmo Xxxxxxxx is notified by Customer in writing within sixty at least thirty (6030) days from prior to the date expiration of receipt of Testmo’s notice of renewal such current Subscription Term that Customer elects not to renew such limited subscription license for an additional Subscription Term.
