Renewal or Extension Fees. Each time a tenant in the Property renews or extends a lease, Owner will pay Broker a renewal or extension fee equal to $100.00. The renewal or extension fees under this Paragraph 11 C are earned and payable at the time the renewal or extension is effective. For the purposes of this paragraph, a new lease for the same Property with the same tenant then occupying the Property is an extension or renewal.   • Interim Extension Amendment a. Prior to or on the expiration date of this Contract, the Parties agree that this Contract can be extended as provided under this Section.

  • Term; Renewal Subject to Section 4.02 hereof, this Agreement has a one-year term and shall continue in force until the first anniversary of the date hereof. Thereafter, this Agreement may be renewed for an unlimited number of successive one-year terms upon mutual consent of the parties. References in this Lease to the "Term" shall include the initial Term of fifteen (15) years and shall, in addition, include the First Extended Term and the Second Extended Term, if applicable.

  • EXPIRATION DATE AND EXTENSION This Contract expires December 27, 2025, unless it is cancelled sooner pursuant to Article 22. This Contract may be extended one additional year upon the request of Sourcewell and written agreement by Supplier.
