New Lease definition

New Lease. Any lease of REO Property entered into on behalf of REMIC I, including any lease renewed or extended on behalf of REMIC I, if REMIC I has the right to renegotiate the terms of such lease.
New Lease. Any lease of REO Property entered into on behalf of the Trust Fund, including any lease renewed or extended on behalf of the Trust Fund, if the Trust Fund has the right to renegotiate the terms of such lease.
New Lease. Any lease of an Administered REO Property entered into at the direction of the applicable Special Servicer, including any lease renewed, modified or extended on behalf of the Trust if the applicable Special Servicer has the power to renegotiate the terms of such lease.

  • Said New Lease shall be superior to all rights, liens and interests intervening between the date of this Ground Lease and the granting of the New Lease and shall be free of any and all rights of the Tenant under this Ground Lease.

  • If any court of competent jurisdiction shall determine that this Ground Lease shall have been terminated notwithstanding the terms of the preceding sentence as a result of rejection by the Tenant or the trustee in connection with any such proceeding, the rights of Leasehold Lender to a New Lease from the Landlord pursuant to Section 23.9 hereof shall not be affected thereby.

More Definitions of New Lease

New Lease means any lease of any REO Property entered into on behalf of the Trust, including any lease renewed or extended on behalf of the Trust if the Trust has the right to renegotiate the terms of such lease.
