The term of this Agreement will automatically extend into one or more “Renewal Terms” of an additional one-year period that will expire on March 31, 2012 (or March 31 of any such subsequent Renewal Term), unless Corporation, not later than January 31, 2011 (or January 31 of any subsequent Renewal Term), gives written notice (a “Notice of Non-Renewal”) to Executive that the Term will not extend into a Renewal Term.
